Mobile Bar Hire in Norfolk
Our mobile bar hire service is a great addition to our business and like everything we do is run in a professional and flexible manner.
You can hire one of our mobile bars for your special occasion in Norfolk, including weddings, fetes, corporate events and is ideal for beer tents at any event throughout Norfolk.
The bar is fully portable and can be set up in any venue / marquee or if you prefer we can set up in one of our own marquees as a stand alone structure. The bar itself comes in one metre sections so can be made up to 6 metres in length or we can be made into a L shape if that fits within your venue better. We will gladly advise you on the most suitable size for your number of guests.
With our bars you can relax in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of for you including licensing if required, (see note below)
OPTION 1 (Between 0 – 75 guests )
We will provide a fully equipped, stocked and staffed paying bar with polycarbonate glasses provided.

We will provide a fully equipped, stocked and staffed paying bar with polycarbonate glasses provided.

DRINKS
A full range of recognised drinks is available including draft beer. We always aim to keep our prices in line with local pubs. Our stock can also be steered towards your guest’s favourites and we always welcome your advice on this. ‘Guest’ ales can be provided and wines selected by you for your event can be added to ‘your’ tariff.

Wedding Receptions
Our drinks packages are designed to give your guests maximum pleasure with the minimum of fuss for you. Our professional serving staff will be ready for your guests to arrive with a beaming smile and a glass of something delicious to welcome them. Table wines will be placed and toast drinks poured as per your wishes. And, all cleared away in a timely and discreet fashion.
The wine and Prosecco enjoyed by your guests is also stocked behind our bar.

Corkage:
Naturally, you’re welcome to provide your own wedding drinks. No corkage will be charged in relation to bar hire provided the quantities you provide do not exceed our own packages i.e. one arrival drink, half a bottle of wine per head and one toast drink. If you expect to exceed these quantities just let us know and we’ll keep our corkage to a reasonable minimum.
NOTE
Unless the premises where you are holding your event has a premises licence that includes the sale of alcohol, a ‘Temporary Event Notice’ must be obtained for your event. We can arrange this for you but we will require a minimum of 3 weeks notice. The charge for this is £35
*Bar Hire Terms ( Option 3 ) *
Bar hire is free providing 200 plus guests are in attendance and we take more than £350 over the bar.
We charge £100 refundable deposit at time of booking this will be refunded if the above conditions are met.
Delivery
There will be a delivery charge to add for all bar hires dependent on the location of the venue.
